Any omission by either Party regarding the fulfillment of these Terms shall constitute mere tolerance and shall not imply waiver, novation, alteration, or modification of the contractual clauses. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in force. These Terms shall be governed by Brazilian law. Except for the arbitration cases provided for in the Service Agreement signed by the Client, disputes arising from these Terms must be submitted to the Common Justice, with the forum of the city of São Paulo elected to settle the issues arising from these Terms.
